Information you choose to provide
The contact form asks for your name, email address, optional company, inquiry type and message. Please avoid including sensitive personal, financial or confidential project information in an initial inquiry.
How an inquiry is processed
When contact delivery is enabled, Cloudflare processes the request and provides spam protection through Turnstile. A transactional email provider, Resend, delivers the inquiry to OnSummit. These providers may process information outside your country under their own terms and privacy policies.
Security and essential technical data
The contact endpoint uses input validation, spam verification and rate limiting. Technical information such as an IP address may be processed for those checks. The application does not intentionally write message bodies to its diagnostic logs.
Analytics and advertising
This website does not include advertising pixels, newsletter subscriptions or third-party analytics. Fonts are served with the website. Security services may process essential technical information.
Retention and your choices
Inquiries are used for correspondence and related business records. You may ask about the information held about you, request a correction or request deletion by contacting OnSummit. Any applicable recordkeeping requirements will be considered when responding.
